Requirements
Install above-ground pools according to company standards
Prepare ground surfaces (leveling, grading, site prep)
Assemble pool walls, liners, pumps, ladders, and filtration systems
Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards
Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site
Maintain tools and equipment
Qualifactions
Experience in pool installation, construction, landscaping, or similar field preferred
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather
Valid driver’s license preferred
Team-oriented mindset
