Cancellation Policy

Green to Clean Service Agreement By purchasing the "Green to Clean" service on the Pool Boyz website, the customer ("Client") agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. Service Description The "Green to Clean" service includes: Initial assessment and chemical treatment Algae and debris removal Water clarification and balancing Final cleaning to achieve a swim-ready condition This service does not include equipment repair or replacement unless specifically stated. 2. Client Responsibilities Ensure Pool Boyz has full access to the pool area during the scheduled cleaning period. Maintain the appropriate water level for system circulation. Notify Pool Boyz of any known equipment or structural issues prior to service. 3. Payment Terms Full payment is required before service and must be completed through the Pool Boyz website. Payments are non-refundable once submitted. 4. Timeline & Completion Most "Green to Clean" cleanups are completed within 3 to 5 days, depending on pool size and severity. Completion timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, water condition, equipment performance, or other unforeseen factors. 5. No Guarantee of Permanent Results This service brings the pool to a clean and swimmable condition at the time of completion. It is the Client’s responsibility to maintain water quality thereafter. Pool Boyz offers optional ongoing maintenance plans for continued care. 6. Liability & Limitations Pool Boyz is not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn equipment, or underlying issues not disclosed prior to service. Any major concerns discovered during cleaning will be communicated to the Client. 7. Cancellations Orders may not be canceled or refunded once payment has been submitted. If rescheduling is necessary due to access issues or weather, Pool Boyz will notify the Client promptly. 8. Photo & Marketing Use By purchasing this service, the Client agrees that Pool Boyz may use before and after photos of the pool for marketing purposes (e.g., website, social media). No personal or address information will ever be shared.
