Cancellation Policy

Pool Boyz Terms & Conditions By booking any service or consultation with Pool Boyz, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. Consultation Policy Each consultation includes a dedicated 1-hour session with a Pool Boyz representative. During this time, you may ask unlimited questions about pool installation, review pricing options, and discuss any specific project details or concerns. The consultation serves as a planning and discovery phase before any installation begins. 2. Service Call Fee A non-refundable $250 fee is required at the time of booking to secure your consultation. This fee covers the home visit and in-person estimate by a qualified Pool Boyz team member. 3. No Refund Policy All sales are final. Once booked, the $250 consultation/service fee cannot be refunded under any circumstance. 4. Rescheduling Policy Clients cannot cancel their appointment but may reschedule to the next available time slot by contacting Pool Boyz at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or no-show appointments without notice are subject to forfeiture of the service fee. 5. Legal Disclaimer Pool Boyz reserves the right to decline service if the scope of work falls outside of company capabilities or if conditions on-site are unsafe. All consultations and advice provided are based on the best available information at the time of the visit and do not constitute a binding contract for installation services. By checking the box and proceeding with booking, you agree to all terms outlined above.
