Our Maintenance Services At Pool Boyz our maintenance services is built to cater to the unique requirements of maintaining and servicing above ground pools in and around the Houston area. We take pride in our work and in delivering exceptional customer service and giving our customers a piece mind knowing their pool will be clean and ready to swim all year round. What we do * Chemical test * Chlorine/pH/Aklalinity test every visit * Commercial grade chemicals (provided with weekly service) * Pool brushing * Clean pool skimmers * Clean pump basket * Inspect pool equipment * Pool vacuum as needed * Pool netting floating debris When booking your appointment, you're selecting the monthly price tier that best fits your pool care needs. This will be your recurring monthly maintenance fee. After you book, a PoolBoyz representative will contact you by email, phone, or text to coordinate your preferred maintenance day and finalize your plan. Our team will ensure your pool stays clean, chemically balanced, and ready to enjoy — every month.
Cancellation Policy
Pool Boyz Monthly Maintenance Membership – Terms & Conditions By purchasing the Pool Boyz Monthly Maintenance Membership through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Payment for the service constitutes full agreement—no signature is required. Service Overview The membership includes one professional pool maintenance visit per week (4 visits per month). Each visit includes: Basket inspection Chemical testing Chemical balancing for water clarity and sanitation Client Equipment Responsibility Pool Boyz relies on fully operational pool equipment to maintain water quality. We cannot guarantee clean or balanced water if the pump, filter, skimmer, or other essential systems are malfunctioning. It is the client’s responsibility to repair or replace faulty equipment promptly. Chemical Usage Standard chemicals (e.g., chlorine, pH adjusters) are included. Specialty treatments (e.g., algaecides, phosphate removers, stain solutions) may carry additional costs with prior approval. Access & Scheduling Clients must ensure our team has safe and consistent access to the pool area on scheduled days. Missed visits due to restricted access will not be refunded or rescheduled. Visit days and times may vary based on service zones, holidays, and weather conditions. Booking & Rescheduling Clients can reschedule appointments online at any time through our booking system. Cancellations must be requested directly by contacting us. Clients cannot cancel online. Rescheduling must be done before the technician is dispatched to avoid forfeiting that visit. Membership Duration & Cancellation Membership is billed monthly and renews automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time; however, no refunds are given for partially used billing periods. Pool Boyz reserves the right to cancel any membership due to access restrictions, non-payment, or misuse of service. Liability Disclaimer Pool Boyz is not responsible for: Damage caused by existing structural defects or equipment failures Issues outside the scope of routine maintenance Our technicians follow industry best practices and exercise professional care during each visit.
