Cancellation Policy

Pool Boyz – Service Call Terms & Conditions By scheduling and purchasing a Service Call with Pool Boyz, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Scope of Service This Service Call includes one visit by a Pool Boyz technician to assess the condition of your pool and its equipment (e.g., pump, filter, plumbing, etc.). The technician will inspect areas of concern brought up by the pool owner and provide a general diagnosis of issues or maintenance needs. Limitations of Service The Service Call is for inspection and assessment purposes only. Minor adjustments may be made during the visit, but no major repairs or part replacements are included in this service. If the technician determines that your pool requires significant repairs, replacements, or specialized treatment, a separate contract and estimate will be provided before any further work is performed. Cost & Payment The Service Call fee is a flat rate, due in full prior to the technician's arrival. This fee does not cover the cost of parts, repairs, or extended labor outside of the initial assessment. Rescheduling & Access If the technician is unable to access the pool area at the scheduled time, the visit may be forfeited without refund. Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Liability Pool Boyz is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, faulty installations, or malfunctioning equipment discovered during the Service Call. No guarantees are made regarding the functionality of equipment unless further work is contracted and completed.
